Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Doksu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Doksu for personal and commercial document signing purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the service materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without a valid subscription
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Doksu
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Doksu to:

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others

Document Handling

  • Documents uploaded to Doksu remain your property
  • We process documents solely to provide the signing service
  • Shared documents are automatically deleted after 48 hours
  • You are responsible for the content of documents you upload

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DIGIMERI OÜ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DIGIMERI OÜ, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
